Taylor Bennett coordinated a high level executive dinner for specially invited guests at 30 Mary Axe “the Gherkin”. We negotiated a good deal to give gourmet food in a venue with the ‘wow factor’ at great value, and provided personalised gifts for all guests. SAP were able to hand over all logistics to Taylor Bennett both in the lead up to the event and on the night, where they were onsite to welcome guests and ensure top quality service.
Taylor Bennett work on the popular networking and educational event for project managers. We handle up to 1000 registrations including calling to confirm attendance. We administer pre-registration and the running on the day of 60 intimate birds of a feather sessions. There is also a large exhibition and we manage delegate lead systems for 30 exhibitors.
Taylor Bennett are currently involved with Edinburgh Interactive, an event promoting video games and interactive media, running during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The event attracts gaming enthusiasts and companies and incorporates public screenings in the evening.
