User Groups

We have been setting up and running user groups for more than ten years. We run three independent user groups in the UK – Business Objects User Group, Info-change and the Integra User Group. The smallest has 70 members and the largest has 300 members.

We dedicate one experienced project manager to each group for less than half the cost of you employing an administrator. We:

• set up the company
• set up a website and encourage new members to join
• create a membership database and keep it up to date
• set up the bank account, issue invoices, do credit control and submit the VAT returns
• provide a hotline for members
• find suitable venues for the meetings
• plan the meetings, identify speakers and sponsors
• remove the hassle and make the group successful

We also run the conference series for the UK Oracle User Group, handling 5 annual conferences. We provide an extensive online membership centre through which members can view and administer the conference passes which come with their memberships, and buy additional places at member and non-member prices.
